Cell Phone Tracking

As cell phones become smaller and smaller, and of course, more expensive, the ability to track your cell phone has become an ever increasing concern. Cell phones can be easily lost, or stolen, when not looked after properly, or just by accident. Imagine the number of people that have left their cell phone in a taxi cab after a night of partying? Sometimes we even leave them at a friends house without even knowing it. When you do finally realize that your cell phone is missing, it’s not a good feeling. Most people have their whole world in their cell phone, and can’t even remember their own mother’s phone number without it. Not only that, but with the advent of smart phones like the iPhone and HTC Evo, important documents can also be lost if we misplace our cell phones.

Even better, is that if someone does steal your phone, there’s a good chance they won’t even know the Mobile Defense software is on it, as you have to dig deep to find it in the Manage Applications setting. Not bad at all.
Of course, the best defense against ever having to use cell phone tracking software is to not lose it at all. Keep a close eye on your cell phone at all times, and make sure you keep it in its case, or on your belt. After having spent all that money on one, the last thing you want to do is have to shell out another couple of hundred bucks on a new one. Tracking your cell phone is a good way to find it, though, and as long as someone is honest enough to return it, there’s a good chance you’ll get it back. If not, you can at least alert the authorities to its position, so they can take the appropriate action to make sure you get your life back.
