UpNext is offering this cool map application that is ahead of the game and free. It renders each city (not all cities available just yet) in full 3D, check out how it’s done in the video above. They call this a fluid labeling system which allows the user to flow through a city using less clicks and even lets you check out what businesses are in the buildings you see. It’s very cool and def an example of where mobile apps are heading.
