Please folks, be careful what you download off the Internet.
With the introduction of applications on Facebook (yes, there was a time before Farmville) it is now easier and easier to introduce malware to anybody’s computer. The latest round is in the form of a supposed video with the headline “Naughty Camera Prank.” The still shows what looks like someone looking up a woman’s very tight (and very short) skirt. If you click all the way through this “video,” you will have it posted to your stream with the update “this is without a doubt the most hilarious video ever. LOL!”
This video shows what you in fact download to your computer, should you go through with actually clicking on the link and all afterwards. You should always make sure you’re at the official Facebook page before entering in your information! Entering information on an unsafe page is a quick way to have your identity stolen, although with the serious privacy violations on Facebook now, it’s a surprise to me that your social security number isn’t listed on your page.
Anyways, this is a very helpful and informative video that will aid those not only in the U.S., but also those in the U.K. Check it out below or check out the tutorial on the poster’s website.
